Ford Video Check

Enjoy an expert’s eye view of your vehicle with a Ford Video Check, a free visual report available with all service and repair work sent straight to your phone.

You’ll also receive an electronic report detailing 30 different elements of your vehicle’s health, as well as a competitive estimate upfront for any work recommended by our Ford-trained technicians​

Specialist systems and diagnostics equipment

Our state-of-the-art equipment is designed to ensure quick and accurate fault diagnosis. Premier Ford will access Ford systems to identify any outstanding Field Service Actions required to improve the vehicle’s performance.

Oil & filter change

Your oil and oil filter will be changed and replaced annually with every Scheduled Service, as well as your Intelligent Oil Life Monitor reset (where applicable)

Air filter check

Blocked filters cause your engine to work harder and emit more CO2. Which is why we always check the condition of your air filter during your scheduled service. 

Fluid Level Check & top-up

During your Ford service, our expert technicians will ensure your essential fluids are checked and topped up if necessary, including engine oil (max. 1L), coolant (Max. 0.5L), and screen wash (max. 0.5L).

Digital Service Record

Have your vehicle serviced in line with our recommendations and have the details recorded in the Ford Digital Service Record system.  Premier Ford can access the Digital Service Record for your vehicle to confirm its service history and Warranty status, if you decide to sell your vehicle on.​
