Arriving On Site:
When making a service booking with Premier Ford, you will be assigned with a timed pre-arranged appointment. This is to ensure we keep the amount of customers on site at any one time down to a minimum.
A member of staff will be near the front door to greet you into the showroom whilst observing social distancing. Please do not be offended if we kindly ask you to step back or a member of staff takes a couple of paces back away from you!
Hand sanitizer is available within the entrance to the service desk and we place your keys into a plastic bag. There is a one way system out of the dealership, we kindly ask you not to exit the way you entered.
