Our showroom has been rearragned to observe the necessary social distancing measures, protective screens have been placed on our customer facing areas and we have sanitising stations located at the entrance and exit in our one-way showroom

We are proud of all the work our staff has put in to ensure our customers feel as safe as possible. That being said, it is understandable that many of our new and existing customers may not feel confident coming onto our site and may continue to take advantage of our online, contactless, “Click & Carlect” services. Don’t forget we offer collection and delivery for our serviced department too.

Arriving On Site:

When making a service booking with Premier Ford, you will be assigned with a timed pre-arranged appointment. This is to ensure we keep the amount of customers on site at any one time down to a minimum.

A member of staff will be near the front doors to greet you into the showroom whilst observing social distancing. Please do not be offended if we kindly ask you to step back or a member of staff takes a couple of paces back away from you!

Hand sanitizer is available within the entrance to the service desk and we place your keys into a plastic bag. There is a one way system out of the dealership, we kindly ask you not to exit the way you entered.

Our customer service staff will advise you on how to drop your car off when you make a service booking. But if you are unsure please call 01983 245040

We kindly ask you to only travel to our dealership if and when you have an appointment with us.

New, Used and Motability Sales:

Even though our showroom is reopen, you can still browse our website and view the full range of new and used cars and vans. All our used vehicles are presented online with a video tour so you can take a good look around it from the comfort of your home. You are also welcome to use our online finance calculators and valuation software to get an idea of how much your existing car is and what your monthly payments could be. You can make an enquiry on any vehicle on our site and a member of our sales team will respond to you when they can.
